PMAP Mega Job Fair Kicks Off the Month

Reputable and prestigious employers from PMAP's network like BDO and Coca-Cola open doors to jobseekers during the two-day career event at SM City North EDSA last year.

First up is the PMAP Mega Job Fair, running August 10–11 at the SM City North EDSA Skydome with the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP). The event marks PMAP's 70th anniversary under the theme “HumanITy Forward 2026: Empowering Talent in a Digital World,” bringing together employers, HR professionals, graduating students, alumni, fresh graduates, and career shifters in one venue — building on an existing MOU between SM Supermalls and PMAP focused on a future-ready Filipino workforce.

SM Group Job Fair Opens Doors Within SM's Own Network

Thousands of jobseekers filled SM City Fairview during a previous SM Group Job Fair, where applicants explored career opportunities and connected with recruiters under one roof.

On August 18, the SM Group Job Fair takes over the Mall Atrium of SM City Fairview, organized with SM Retail, the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), the Quezon City Public Employment Service Office (PESO), PSAC Jobs, PCCI, ECOP, and PHILEXPORT. The one-day event opens up roles across SM Retail's network — department stores, supermarkets, fashion, home, and specialty brands — with recruiters ready for applications and on-the-spot interviews.

Most sessions run out of activity areas and learning venues across SM malls, though select SM Government Service Express (GSE) sites are being set up as dedicated Upskilling Hubs, giving communities a fixed place to access free training.

Many Job Fairs run alongside the SM Government Service Express (GSE), now available in select malls nationwide. GSE acts as a single hub for government transactions, letting jobseekers handle employment-related paperwork and access partner-agency services without a separate trip.
